Several individuals including Denise Stott (the “Plaintiffs”) have filed a class-action lawsuit against United Services Automobile Association, USAA Casualty Insurance Company, USAA General Indemnity Company, Garrison Property and Casualty Insurance Company (collectively, “USAA”), and CCC Intelligent Solutions, Inc., f/k/a Auto Injury Solutions (“CCC”) (USAA and CCC are collectively referred to as the “Defendants”). This lawsuit relates to the ways in which USAA resolves first-party medical payments automobile insurance (also known as “MedPay”) claims. Defendants deny Plaintiffs’ allegations and maintain that they have complied with all applicable laws.

The Court authorized sending the Notice and has issued an order requiring Defendants to produce contact information of potential class members under the procedures described in the Notice.
